Frequently Asked Questions

(and answers)

What is the Berlin Club Festival?

The Berlin Club Festival is a completely decentralized online event with which we want to bring people together from all over the world. There will be the finest electronic sounds on over 16 several floors, an immersive digital art experience in Augmented Reality and many little nice surprises.

All of this for free, non-commercial and donation based <3

When does the Berlin Club Festival take place?

The Berlin Club Festival will take place on 03.04.2021.

How can you organize a festival despite the corona situation?

The Berlin Club Festival takes place entirely online, so everyone can participate in the festival from the comfort of their own home.

For the production crews we've developed a strict hygiene concept, so we can ensure the safety of all the involved people.

Where does the Berlin Club Festival take place / How can I participate?

We will upload all important information (timetables, artists, clubs, etc.) here on the website.

Shortly before the festival, we will publish an interactive festival map here on the website. With this map you can act interactively and by clicking on a certain floor / area you come directly to the respective stream.

Does the Berlin Club Festival cost anything?

No, the festival is completely free, non-commercial & donation based. Our artists & crews do not receive any money from us and do all of this just out of their own passion and love for music.

If you have and want the opportunity, you are very welcome to donate for them.

Who organizes the Berlin Club Festival?

The Berlin Club Festival is organized by the Berlin based Dies | Das collective.

We are actively supported by numerous other collectives, projects, labels and incredible individuals without whom we could not organize this incredible project.

Donations & Supporter Ticket

Why are donations collected?

All of our Artists & crews get involved completely free of charge and only out of love for the cause . We know that there are many people in Berlin and the world who suffer badly and therefore we want to support them as good as we can.

45% of all donations that go to us through the Betterplace campaign will go to Doctors Without Borders.

45% will go to Berlin Collective Action,  a Berlin based NGO that helps artists in distress and emergencies.

The remaining 10% go to the Dies | The collective for covering all expenses (technical infrastructure, GEMA licence, etc.)

How and where can I donate?

You can donate directly here via our Betterplace campaign:

What is the supporter ticket?

For a donation of 10 € we offer you a limited number of volunteer supporter tickets.

For this you get a real printed festival ribbon made of fabric, a high quality printed festival cover, a unique supporter ticket and a few stickers;)

We will donate 25% of the ticket price to Doctors Without Borders and another 25% to Berlin Collective Action, so you can relax and collect a few good karma points <3

Of the remaining amount, 50% goes to us to cover our costs (production, printing, shipping, etc.).
